1. In case of fire, smoke or smell of burning, immediately call the emergency line by dialing Ext 100. If the threat of fire is imminent, please leave your room trying to remain calm and activate the alarm through the RED PULL buttons located at the ends and center of each floor.
2. Indicate the room number and give a clear description of the location and nature of the accident or fire.
3. In case of smoke, wet a towel covering nose and mouth while evacuating the building.
4. Follow, without alarm, the instructions of the hotel staff or the fire department. Our staff has been trained for these types of emergencies and they will assist you at your request.
5. If you leave your room, note where you are in relation to the exit stairs, and please close windows and doors when leaving your room.
6. Please inform Ext 100 of any abnormal situation you notice.
7. If you hear an alarm and after 30 seconds it does not stop sounding, evacuate the building by the nearest evacuation route.

2. Follow the evacuation route. To see the evacuation plans, check behind the door of your room.
3. Follow, without alarm, the instructions of the hotel staff or the fire department. Our staff has been trained for these types of emergencies and they will assist you at your request.

5. Do not rush to leave, the earthquake will only last a few seconds.
6. Avoid using elevators / elevators.

5. When your account does not show a credit, the hotel will request partial payments to cover it.
6. Any non-registered person making use of the accommodation must follow the procedure of registering and paying a surcharge of 100% of the current fee.
7. The hotel assumes no responsibility for the entry of unauthorized food and disclaims any liability for any consequences resulting from the ingestion or handling of such food.
8. To use the public areas of the hotel and our restaurants, please wear appropriate clothing and shoes (Shorts, flip-flops, pajamas, etc. are not allowed in the restaurants).
9. Remember that you have the responsibility to comply with the following laws issued by the National Government:
    a. Prohibition of tobacco or cigarette consumption in enclosed areas. Resolution 1956 of March 30, 2008.
    b. Illegality of carrying and/or consumption of narcotic or psychotropic substances, unless expressly prescribed by a doctor. Law 1367 of December 21, 2009.
    c. Criminal and civil penalties for sexual exploitation and abuse of minors. Article 17 of Law 679 of 2001.
    d. Regulation on arms, ammunition and explosives. Decree 2535 of 1993.
